Welcome to VertiPort Luanda ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by VertiPort Luanda, a company registered in Angola.

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. If you are under 18, you may only use our Service with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.

VertiPort Luanda provides an online platform for booking travel services, including but not limited to:

• Flight bookings to and from Luanda and other destinations
• Hotel reservations in Luanda and worldwide
• Airport transfer services
• Travel insurance
• Tourism packages and experiences
• Corporate travel management services

We act as an intermediary between you and various travel service providers. We do not own, operate, or control the airlines, hotels, or other service providers whose services are offered through our platform.

To access certain features of our Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintaining the security of your account password
• Updating your account information to keep it accurate and current
• All activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

When you make a booking through our Service:

• You are making a direct contract with the service provider (airline, hotel, etc.)
• All prices are displayed in Angolan Kwanza (AOA) unless otherwise stated
• Prices include all applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise noted
• Payment must be made in full at the time of booking
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other approved payment methods

Important: Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the service provider. We will notify you immediately if your booking cannot be confirmed.

Cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the service provider and type of booking:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval.

You agree not to use our Service for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfering with or disrupting the Service
• Using automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringing on the rights of others

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against users who violate these Terms.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of VertiPort Luanda and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Service without our prior written consent.

The VertiPort Luanda name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of VertiPort Luanda or its affiliates.

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service.

We comply with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Angola's data protection regulations.

By using our Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VertiPort Luanda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We are not responsible for:

• Acts of service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.)
• Flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes
• Weather conditions or natural disasters
• Government actions or travel restrictions
• Personal injuries or property damage during travel

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by VertiPort Luanda.

We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

You acknowledge and agree that VertiPort Luanda shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of any third-party services.

We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any disputes. Our customer service team is available to assist you with any issues or complaints.

If we cannot resolve a dispute through direct communication, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation before pursuing any legal action.

For consumer disputes, you may also contact the relevant consumer protection authorities in Angola.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Angola, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of Luanda, Angola, and you hereby consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

We will notify you of changes through:

• Email notification to your registered email address
• Prominent notice on our website
• Pop-up notification when you access the Service

Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
