Account Management

How to update my partner profile?

How to change my commission structure?

Booking Issues

Customer cancelled a booking - what should I do?

Process the cancellation through your dashboard and check our cancellation policy for refund procedures. Contact support for complex cases.

Booking confirmation not received

Check your spam folder first. If not found, log into your partner dashboard to verify booking status and resend confirmation.

How to modify an existing booking?

Payment Support

When will I receive my payment?

Payments are processed monthly by the 15th. Check your dashboard for detailed payment schedules and history.

How to update payment information?
